Biography of Dr. Heinrich Liechtenstein

Dr. Heinrich Liechtenstein is professor of Financial Management in IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. The areas of interest are Entrepreneurial Finance / Private Equity and Wealth management and Owners Strategy. He is active in several supervisory and advisory boards of Family Holdings or Foundations and of one Private Equity Firm. Dr. Liechtenstein worked in wealth management and owners strategy with Liechtenstein Global Trust, a family holding, consulting at The Boston Consulting Group and founded and sold two companies.

Dr. Liechtenstein was born in Leoben, Austria, and received an MA in Business Administration degree from the University of Graz, an MBA from IESE Business School, and a Doctoral degree of Business and Economics Sciences from University of Vienna.
