The prices quoted are based on per room per night, inclusive of taxes and VAT, including breakfast. From January 2007, the new city tax of CHF 2.50 per person/per night will be applicable. This additional charge is not inclusive in the above room rate and will be charged separately upon check out.

Hotel rooms will be allocated on first-come first-served basis based on room availability at time of booking. Delegates are encouraged to book early to secure the rooms.

Please note that check-in time is 15:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Request for early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and additional charges.
- Please advise the hotel if you would like them to arrange for airport transfers. All charges will be added to your hotel bill.
